• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 3 vehicles in the garage and in front of the garage. Parking on the property complex driveway is not allowed. Street parking is not allowed.

• WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (800+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus an entire office with a desk and an ergonomic chair located on 2nd floor.

• PETS: Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we would be happy to accommodate them for an additional fee.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage and in front of the garage (3 cars). NO parking on driveway, street or in any other spot, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. MAX 3 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.
