✹ Please note that though the listing shows 3 beds, there are only 2 actual beds. The last “bed” is a high-quality twin-size air mattress.

✹ No events, parties or large gatherings are permitted at any time.

✹ The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each booking.

✹ Four security cameras are located at the front door and back door. All are active and recording.

✹ A noise monitoring device is located on the premises to measure noise levels. Please be rest assured that it is not recording your conversations.

✹ Even though we include a gas grill, we do NOT refill the gas tank. You may need to refill it at a local hardware store or gas station that refills propane tanks.

✹ To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

✹ For non-Airbnb and non-HVMB reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.

✹ By booking with us and continuing with this reservation, you automatically agree to the waivers, disclaimers, disclosures, and any other matter stated in this document: Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement. You will receive a link to the document right after booking and it will also be displayed at the end of the House Manual. This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.
