✹ Our home is conveniently located in Houston, just four blocks away from a major highway, offering quick and easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and entertainment. The Med Center, Museum District, and Midtown, are just 5 min away. While the neighborhood itself is not the best or the most beautiful or upscale, it is a safe area. In addition, guests can always research the location/address at the time of booking.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ Long-term stays are allowed.

✹ Pets are NOT allowed on top of the furniture as the hair can be tough to remove. Please always clean up after your pet, including when you’re outdoors.

✹ No events, parties or large gatherings are permitted at any time.

✹ The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each booking.

✹ Three security cameras are located at the front door and back door. All are active and recording.

✹ A noise monitoring device is located on the premises to measure noise levels. Please be rest assured that it is not recording your conversations.

✹ Our lawn care team stops by every other week for yard maintenance. They may stop by whenever you are at the property. Please understand this is necessary to maintain the lawn in good conditions and that we cannot reschedule the service. They will only be working outside and will not disturb you. They are normally done within 1 hr.

✹ For non-Airbnb reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.

✹ By booking with us and continuing with this reservation, you automatically agree to the waivers, disclaimers, disclosures, and any other matter stated in this document: Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement. You will receive a link to the document right after booking and it will also be displayed at the end of the House Manual.
