They are normally done within 1 hr.

✹ This apartment unit is within a property that has other units. This apartment unit is on the 2nd floor. It is expected that you may occasionally hear noises from apartment units that are close to this unit. The patio area and laundry room are shared with the rest of the units/guests.

✹ For non-Airbnb reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
