✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ The pool spa does NOT heat, it only has jets that work for a max of 1 hr after activated. It can only be activated remotely through an App, so please let us know if you want to use it so that we can turn it on. Please do not attempt to touch/change pool or spa controls and equipment.

✹ No events, parties or large gatherings are permitted at any time.

✹ The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each booking.

✹ Five security cameras are located at the front/side of the house and at the boat house. All the cameras are active and recording.

✹ Our lawn care team stops by every other week for yard maintenance. They may stop by whenever you are at the property. Please understand this is necessary to maintain the lawn in good conditions and that we cannot reschedule the service. They will only be working outside and will not disturb you. They are normally done within 1 hr.

✹ A noise monitoring device is located on the premises to measure noise levels. Please be rest assured that it is not recording your conversations.

✹ This property includes a pool outside. Please understand that since the pool is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the pool. Rest assured that we do pool maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the pool after we have cleaned it. Our swimming pool maintenance team will stop by once per week to clean the pool and provide any necessary maintenance. They may stop by whenever you are at the property. Please understand this is necessary to maintain the pool in good/healthy conditions for our guests. They will only be working outside and will not disturb you.

✹ For non-Airbnb reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.

✹ By booking with us and continuing with this reservation, you automatically agree to the waivers, disclaimers, disclosures, and any other matter stated in this document: Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement. You will receive a link to the document right after booking and it will also be displayed at the end of the House Manual. If you don't agree with this document, you can cancel within 2 hours of booking and get a full refund.

This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 5 to 10-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles on the driveway. Street parking is not allowed. Garage is not available.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is a parking space on the driveway (4 cars). NO street parking. GARAGE is not available. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

Since this property is a little far from central Houston, the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation) does not go all the way there. However, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.
