✹ Even though we include a gas grill, we do NOT refill the gas tank. You may need to refill it at a local hardware store or gas station that refills propane tanks.

✹ Similarly, even though we include a fire pit, we do NOT include firewood. Always put out the fire after using the fire pit and never leave fire burning unattended.

✹ Our lawn care team stops by every other week for yard maintenance. They may stop by whenever you are at the property. Please understand this is necessary to maintain the lawn in good conditions and that we cannot reschedule the service. They will only be working outside and will not disturb you. They are normally done within 1 hr.

✹ This property includes a hot tub/pool outside. Please understand that since the hot tub/pool is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the hot tub/pool. Rest assured that we do hot tub/pool maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the hot tub/pool after we have cleaned it. Our hot tub/pool maintenance team will stop by once per week to clean the hot tub/pool and provide any necessary maintenance. They may stop by whenever you are at the property. Please understand this is necessary to maintain the hot tub/pool in good/healthy conditions for our guests. They will only be working outside and will not disturb you.

✹ For non-Airbnb reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
