• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• This apartment unit is within a property that has other units. This apartment unit is on the 2nd floor. It is expected that you may occasionally hear noises from apartment units that are close to this unit. The patio area and laundry room are shared with the rest of the units/guests.

• Due to old construction, water pressure may not be too strong
