• Please note that though the listing shows 4 beds, there are only 2 actual beds. The other “beds” are a twin-size sofa bed and a high-quality queen-size air mattress.

• Even though we include a gas grill, we do NOT refill the gas tank. You may need to refill it at a local hardware store or gas station that refills propane tanks.

• Even though we include a fire pit, we do NOT include firewood. Always put out the fire after using the fire pit and never leave fire burning unattended.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 5 to 10-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles on the driveway. Street parking is not allowed. Garage is not available.

• WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (1000+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus three designated workspaces, one for each bedroom.

• FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a bumbo toddler seat, and pack n play, available on-site.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (4 cars). GARAGE is not available. NO street parking. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

Since this property is a little far from central Houston, the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation) does not go all the way there. However, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.
