• Please note that though the listing shows 6 bunk beds, there are only 3 bunk beds (1st bunk bed: 2 full beds. 2nd & 3rd bunk bed: 1 twin bed and 1 full bed). Please be mindful that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• This property includes a hot tub outside. Please understand that since the hot tub is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the hot tub. Rest assured that we do hot tub maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the hot tub after we have cleaned it. Our hot tub maintenance team will visit once a week to clean the hot tub and take care of any necessary upkeep. They might stop by during your stay, but please rest assured that they’ll only be working outside and won’t disturb you. This maintenance is essential to ensure the hot tub remains in great condition for you and future guests.

• For non-Airbnb and non-HVMB reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and staying up to date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification process. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to finalize your reservation. You will be contacted via email and/or text by Truvi to complete the verification. You will also need to pay a non-refundable damage waiver fee, which covers any accidental (non-intentional) damage during your stay.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (4 cars). You can park 2 more cars on the street in front of the house. NO sidewalk blocking. MAX 6 CARS AT ALL TIMES.
