• Our home is conveniently located in Houston, just four blocks away from a major highway, offering quick and easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and entertainment. The Med Center, Museum District, and Midtown, are just 5 min away. While the neighborhood itself is not the best or the most beautiful or upscale, it is a very safe area. In addition, guests can always research the location/address at the time of booking.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 3 vehicles in the garage, driveway, and street.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage and on the driveway (2 cars). You can park 1 more car on the street in front of the house. MAX 3 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.
