• Even though we include a gas grill, we do NOT refill the gas tank. You may need to refill it at a local hardware store or gas station that refills propane tanks.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• This apartment unit is within a property that has other units. The balcony terrace, patio, and grill area are shared with the rest of the units/guests.

• For non-Airbnb and non-HVMB reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.

• By booking with us and continuing with this reservation, you automatically agree to the waivers, disclaimers, disclosures, and any other matter stated in this document: Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement. You will receive a link to the document right after booking and it will also be displayed at the end of the House Manual. • PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 1 vehicle in the designated parking spot. Street parking is not allowed.
