• Please note that though the listing shows 3 beds, there is only 1 actual bed. The other “beds” are a high-quality queen-size air mattress and a futon-style twin-size sofa bed.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• This apartment unit is within a property that has other units. This apartment unit is on the 2nd floor. It is expected that you may occasionally hear noises from apartment units that are close to this unit. The patio area and laundry room are shared with the rest of the units/guests.

• Due to old construction, water pressure may not be too strong

• For non-Airbnb and non-HVMB reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.

This studio resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.
