• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• For non-Airbnb and non-HVMB reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.

• By booking with us and continuing with this reservation, you automatically agree to the waivers, disclaimers, disclosures, and any other matter stated in this document: Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement. You will receive a link to the document right after booking and it will also be displayed at the end of the House Manual. If you don't agree with this document, you can cancel within 2 hours of booking and get a full refund

This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in the garage and driveway. Street parking is not allowed.

• WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (800+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus 3 workspaces around the house.

• FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a bassinet and highchair, available on-site.

• PETS: Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we would be happy to accommodate them for an additional fee.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage and on the driveway (4 cars). NO street parking. NO sidewalk blocking. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

Since this property is a little far from central Houston, the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation) does not go all the way there. However, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.
