• Please note that though the listing shows 5 bunk beds, there are only 2 bunk beds (1 queen bed and 1 twin bed) and 1 triple bunk bed (1 full bed and 2 twins beds). Please be mindful that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs.

• Fridge dispenses ice but it does NOT dispense water.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.
