• This apartment unit is within a property that has other units. This apartment unit is on the 1st floor. It is expected that you may occasionally hear noises from apartment units that are close to this unit. The patio area is shared with the rest of the units/guests.

• Due to old construction, water pressure may not be too strong

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• For non-Airbnb and non-HVMB reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
