✹ Please note that though the listing shows 2 beds, there are only 1 actual beds. The last “bed” is a futon-style sofa bed.

✹ Pets are NOT allowed on top of the furniture as the hair can be tough to remove. Please always clean up after your pet, including when you’re outdoors. Dogs MUST be on a leash outdoors.

✹ There is a bar called 93' Til behind this apartment complex.. Since the AC condensers are right next to the bar, sometimes you may get smoke smell into the unit. We have talked to the bar about this so that they don't allow people to smoke close to our property but just wanted to let you know in case you ever smell something.

✹ No events, parties or large gatherings are permitted at any time.

✹ The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each booking.

✹ One security camera is located at the front door. It is active and recording.

✹ Our lawn care team stops by every other week for yard maintenance. They may stop by whenever you are at the property. Please understand this is necessary to maintain the lawn in good conditions and that we cannot reschedule the service. They will only be working outside and will not disturb you. They are normally done within 1 hr.

✹ This apartment unit is within a property that has other units. This apartment unit is on the 1st floor. It is expected that you may occasionally hear noises from apartment units that are on top of this unit. The patio area and laundry room area are shared with the rest of the units/guests.

✹ For non-Airbnb reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.
